HIGH PRODUCTIVITY
i2S SupraScan II has been developed to reach the highest level of image quality but with no compromise on speed and productivity. SupraScan II has bi-directional scanning process. In addition, the images are both displayed during scanning and enhanced and compressed while scanning, which saves time and so improves the productivity.
IMAGE QUALITY
As part of i2S company internationally well-known in industrial vision, i2s DigiBook has a high level of knowledge in image technologies mastering perfectly sensor, optics, electronics, lighting and image processing technologies. SupraScan II is equipped with only one high-performance camera and focused LED lighting. Therefore SupraScan II provides real-time lighting correction and bright/reflective documents are optimized. The SupraScan IIimage quality high-performance enables to have the compliance with the international FADGI and Metamorfoze Preservation Imaging Guidelines.

DOCUMENT PRESERVATION
The conception of i2S SupraScan II has taken into account the use of very fragile documents. This is why the scanning plate access, the glass pressure, the book cradle, the light technology are optimized to respect and minimize the contact with the documents.

Metamorfoze Preservation Imaging Guidelines are international specifications of technical criteria and tolerances for imaging preservation. All SupraScan range is fully compliant with Metamorfoze guidelines. These results have been achieved working with the standard SupraScan software and with Profile Maker modules to create the scanner ICC profile. All criteria and specifications are correctly reached!
The book cradles
SupraScan IIcan be equipped with 2 different book cradles: book cradle 20 (manual) or book cradle 50 (motorized)

- The constant level of the document simplifies the daily use of the scanner by eliminating the need to setup the camera for each document.
